At Duvvé, we design bedding to make life easier. If it’s not working for you, returning it should be just as simple.
50-Night Risk-Free Trial(U.S. Orders)
For customers in the United States, we offer a 50-night risk-free return policy.
This window begins on the day your order is marked as delivered.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return anytime within those 50 nights—no questions asked.

✔ Full refund minus a 5% restocking fee

Returns for Canadian Orders
We’re happy to accept returns from Canada. Due to cross-border logistics, the process differs slightly:
✔ Return window
Returns must be initiated within 50 days of delivery.
✔ Return shipping
Return shipping from Canada to the U.S. is the responsibility of the customer.
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for Canadian returns.
✔ Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for Canada at this time.
If you need a different item/size/color, please request a refund and place a new order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Free of odors, pet hair, or stains

In original condition and packaging
For hygiene and product safety, used or washed bedding cannot be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Processing
U.S. Returns

Store credit: Issued within 5 business days after the return is received.

Refund to original payment method: Processed within 15 business days after restocking.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Canada Returns

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs and import duties paid at delivery are non-refundable.
Store credit refunds cannot be reversed or converted into cash.
Exchanges(All Regions)
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different color, size, or item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
