Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1–4 business days, depending on the items in your order. Each product is prepared with care to ensure the best experience, and we aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping timelines are our best estimates. Provided that all items in your order are available, we do our best to process orders by the end of the next business day—if not sooner.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery speed will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for potential carrier delays that are beyond our control.


United States Shipping

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

At this time, we do not ship to Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Due to higher carrier rates and extended delivery distances, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $150.

Shipping costs to these regions are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates and the weight and size of your items.


Canada Shipping

We are happy to ship directly from our U.S. warehouse to customers in Canada.

Shipping Method

We primarily ship via USPS → Canada Post for smoother customs clearance and fewer unexpected brokerage fees.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Remote or rural areas (including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and postal codes beginning with A0*, R0*, S0*, V0*, X0*): 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on weather, customs processing, and local postal delays.

Import Duties & Taxes

Canadian orders may be subject to:

  • GST / HST / PST

  • Import duties

  • Canada Post handling fees

These charges are collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Duvvé does not prepay or control these fees.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
If your order has already been processed, it will fall under our Return Policy.


Delivered But Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order

  2. Check all entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and with neighbors

  3. Allow an additional 3 business days—packages may be marked delivered prematurely

If the package still has not arrived, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.


Lost Package Claims

Lost package claims must be reported within 30 days of the listed delivery date.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
