For customers in the United States, we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy.
This window begins on the day your order is marked as delivered.

Return Requirements
You may sleep on and wash your bedding during the 30-day U.S. trial. Bedding does not need to be unused or unwashed to qualify for a return.
Please return all items included with the product. Normal use and washing during the trial are accepted; items must be free of damage, stains, persistent odors, and pet hair beyond normal trial use. Original packaging is not required for trial returns; please pack items securely for shipping.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Processing
U.S. Returns

Store credit: Issued within 5 business days after the return is received.

Refund to original payment method: Processed within 15 business days after restocking.

No restocking or return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Store credit refunds cannot be reversed or converted into cash.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different color, size, or item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
